WebSocket support
...
What I did:
- juggle the bare client data between the page and SW
- mock the WebSocket class to perform async ops
There are still bugs:
- new WebSocket().constructor is the mock class
- eventTarget() feels very stomp-like

Update lockfile to *fully* remove node-static
...
The lockfile was not updated in a while, so npm still thinks node-static
should be installed, resulting in a very annoying audit message. This
patch fixes that issue.

Most people use `npm build` or `yarn build` to run build scripts. This
change reflects that convention.

If you want a debug build, set NODE_ENV=development. I added this just
in case someone forgets to set the mode, like in the Ultraviolet-Static
repository.

Improve .gitignore and remove bundle
...
The preexisting .gitignore entry did not work on Windows, and the bundle
is not excluded from Git. This commit also removes the bundle file, in
case someone tries to use an outdated bundle.
